Located in the historic London Guarantee and Accident building, LondonHouse Chicago is a 452-room luxury lifestyle hotel with event space and a renowned rooftop bar. Page One was tasked with reintroducing the property to new audiences, leveraging the building’s Centennial as a news hook. The team launched the “100 Thoughts of Color” art exhibit by Arthur J. Williams and executed influencer and media campaigns around rooftop activations like Luminescence. In the first seven months of working together, LondonHouse secured nearly 200 media placements and 450 million impressions, with highlights including the Chicago Sun-Times, Conde Nast Traveler, Architectural Digest, Chicago Tribune, and WGN-TV.
